RBk50 - App not working
I just updated my iPad to IOS17.1. Now the app will not let me log in. I deleted the app and reloaded. Everything seems to go fine with set up at first. I am able to get past the initial login but when I choose “go to dash board” it takes me back to a log-in page where it shows the default user name (‘admin’) and it will not allow me to delete that and put in the correct user name.

The Orbi 'app' requires two login credentials:
- First the credentials for my.netgear.com, which are composed of
- An email address
- A complicated password.
- The Orbi web administration credentials, which consist of:
- User name "admin", which cannot be changed and
- A complicated password
Perhaps the app has accepted the Netgear credentials and is now asking for the Orbi web interface login???
(just a thought. I have only Android products. It could be that the Apple version is defective?)
