Router showing also as satellite
Hi,
On my network map it shows an unknown satellite. I inspected the details and it has the same serial number as my router. What is going on here. I am inquiring because I keep getting kicked off the internet, so I suspect the router is getting confused. Thank you in advance for the help!

Re: Router showing also as satellite
Have you tried powering off all of the Orbis and then restarting them?
(Not Factory Reset, just power back on again.)
I love my Orbi.

Re: Router showing also as satellite
Hey thanks for responding. Yes, I tried that. I actually went the whole 9 yards and completely started over from scratch, reset everything and it’s still there. The only good thing is it’s not losing internet connection anymore.
I think this all started because I was adding a new satellite and for some reason the new satellite took the place of the router in the configuration and turned the router into an unknown satellite. Once I recognized that, I went ahead with the reset.

Try removing the Orbi app then reinstall it.
