My network shows up in the Orbi app, but when you click the network map, It doesn't show the connected satellites.
There are two possible situations:
- The satellites are not connected. Or,
- The Orbi 'app' is defective.
When the satellites are powered on, does the Ring Light at the top eventually turn blue for about two minutes?

Does the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) show the satellites as attached?
Does the Orbi web interface show any devices connected to the satellites?
Any of these conditions would indicate that the satellites are in fact working correctly.
So, the Orbi 'app' is defective.
Complaints about the Orbi app not showing the network correctly are common. People have tried removing and reinstalling the app. Some have gone so far as to Factory Reset their Orbi system and start over.
For myself, I view the 'app' as cute, but basically worthless for any serious management of the Orbi router.

It's happening to me right now.
The network map on APP just went blank ( it was working earlier ).
If I login Orbit's admin page through web browser I can see satellite connected.

Is this the Apple Orbi app or the Android app?
Was the app recently updated?

Re: Satellites not showing up in the network map on Orbi app
It is iOS APP.
I have two devies RBR40 and RBR20.
Network map showed up when I control RBR20 but not RBR40 ( which worked a month ago ).
Upgraded to FW 2.7.3.22 still the same.

You are controlling two separate Orbi systems from one Orbi 'app'.
Are they both on the same network as the iPhone?

Re: Satellites not showing up in the network map on Orbi app
RBR40 serves as main subnet while RBR20 severs another subnet connecting to RBR40.
I have tried connecting locally and "connect anywhere". The result remains the same.
RBR40: Network map not showing up satellites, no matter what. ( It worked last month. )
RBR20: Network map shows up on iOS APP, no matter what.

Re: Satellites not showing up in the network map on Orbi app
Apart from, "this should not be", I have no clue what's going on.
Connect to RBR20 WiFi SSID: Orbi app shows RBR20 and satellites (and devices, etc.)
Connect to RBR40 WiFi SSID: Orbi app shows RBR40 router, but no satellites (what about devices?)

Thank you a lot for trying to help. I am clueless too. Yet it seems I am not alone.

Yeah

It's bascially blank in Network Map. But the devices showed up in "Device Manager".
