Satellites not showing up in the network map on Orbi app
My network shows up in the Orbi app, but when you click the network map, It doesn't show the connected satellites.

You are controlling two separate Orbi systems from one Orbi 'app'.
Are they both on the same network as the iPhone?
RBR40 serves as main subnet while RBR20 severs another subnet connecting to RBR40.
I have tried connecting locally and "connect anywhere". The result remains the same.
RBR40: Network map not showing up satellites, no matter what. ( It worked last month. )
RBR20: Network map shows up on iOS APP, no matter what.
Apart from, "this should not be", I have no clue what's going on.

Thank you a lot for trying to help. I am clueless too. Yet it seems I am not alone.

It's bascially blank in Network Map. But the devices showed up in "Device Manager".
- Try this, factory reset one of your satellites. Then go into the Orby app and add a new satellite. It might recognize it as the same one you deleted, and that’s fine. When it’s up and running check the network map . It work for me! The other part of the puzzle that worked I went into the admin on my desktop and deleted one of the satellites and it showed up after the installation and everything was on my net work App.
