Satellites showing offline in all but connected in WebUI
So my Orbi system became unstable today, as did the corresponding Sonos system, which is a symptom I believe.
The satellites are showing as connected in the WebUI with 5Ghz back haul, in the app however they show offline.
Interestingly in the firmware UI the satellites are showing as ‘waiting for connection’ and in the connected devices UI some devices are connected to Satellite, but the UI doesn’t mention which one?
I’ve re-booted all devices in the mesh several times but haven’t had any luck.
Now as an observation - depending which satellite I’m connected to I can either see or not see the Sonos system.
So somehow the satellites aren’t connecting ‘properly’ and don’t seem to be talking to each other? Maybe some ports are blocked somehow?

There were also issue with my Amazon Echos not communicating if they were connected through different Satellites.
I ended up resetting the Orbi Router and restoring my settings. It worked fine immediately after.
All devices are now on the latest firmware ending in 16. I hope I don’t have to keep doing this.

Sadly even on its own the Orbis don’t work. What made you ask?

Reason I asked is sonos has been known to cause issues because their products can talk to each other seperate from the primary network. This isn't isolate to netgear products. If you search sonos's site or google/linksys mesh products, you'll find many posts with issues from sonos devices.
here's 1 for example that has some potential fixes.

Re: Satellites showing offline in all but connected in WebUI
I am having similar issue. I have RBR50 and two RBS50 satellites. The RBS50s have firmware 2.5.1.16. Both indicate they are offline in the app but they also show devices connected to them however the info is not correct. For example it shows my phone connected to a sattelite but the web UI shows it connected to the RBR50. The RBR50 is on the same firmware version. It shows devices connected to it as well.
The web UI shows both satellites backhaul status 'Good' and there are devices connected to satellites as well as router.
The ORBI app version on my android phone is 2.6.0.1214.
