Smart Parent controls failing to activate

Hi, I have an Orbi RBR850 with two satelites (not a model option on the form)

Whenever I try to activate parental controls that I paid for, I get an error SPC-ACT-FAIL.

All of the articles I found say that the problem was fixed with a patch weeks/months ago but still getting the issue.
