In the orbi app, when I click on smart parental controls > activate now > The app goes through about 10 seconds of "setting up..." until I get an error. The message says "Smart Parental Control activation is failed.Please try it again, or dismiss this message and try it later (code: SPC-ACT-FAIL)."

Thank you for sharing your experience with the NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) service. We have received a handful of reports similar to yours and have been able to implement a patch for this issue. Will you please try to activate the SPC service again and let us know if the issue persists?
Steps to enable Smart Parental Controls (SPC):
- Log into the Orbi or Nighthawk app depending on which model router you have
- Locate and tap on the Parental Controls tile
- Swipe option to Enable Smart Parental Controls
Please let us know if the issue persists.

Probably should have mentioned I have reset my orbi system already as a troubleshooting step.
