Log in to the routers web page with a PC or Laptop and a web browser.

the channel setting refers to the 2.4ghz channel setting under Basic > Wireless > Wireless network

by default it is set to Auto. by setting it to less common value (e.g. 6) you get better more reliable connectivity.  At least that's the answer I found in the community forums.  Since changing it to 6 I have not had any issues.  Good luck.

Yes, thanks! But that didn’t solve my problem. I returned my Orbi for a refund it was an irritating experience. Called my isp to setup a home visit so they can check out my home modem/router and connection my signals have been failing.

I just disable Daisy Chain and all status lights in the satellites turns to green. FYI.
