can not find my pc on network map

I have one rout and two satellites RBR850.

I have two pc windows 11 connect to satellite with hardwire and I can not find my PC and my kid PC on network map. I  don't care about my PC but i need to find my kid PC to add it into the parental controls profile. (my kid PC connected through ethernet switch).

Please help. Thank you.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What Orbi app version are you using?

I just find out after upgrade new app version the Parental control disappears. Any idea. Thank you
