What is the error message when you access the Orbi app? 

Can you access the router settings page via browser? 

 

I suggest to do the following steps: 

1. Go to Settings -> APPS then select Orbi APP
2. Select clear cache then clear data
3. Uninstall the APP
4. Reinstall the APP then try again.
