can't use orbi app, won't accept default password, logon times out
after resetting Orbi Router RBR50v2, I can't use the Orbi app it won't accept the default password, it says 'logon timed out'. Rebooting the router, or resetting it again does not help. BUT my phone...

There should be a bypass option on this screen to continue.
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox.
Try 192.168.1.1 in the browser...
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

not sure what you mean, I have ONE macbook and ONE iPhone
The macbook and iphone are currently connected to the orbi router
But I cannot use the iOS app on my iPhone, because it won't accept my admin password, or the default password. Same error, logon timed out.

the current remaining problem is with the iOS Orbi app on my iPhone, iOS IS up to date
