can't use orbi app, won't accept default password, logon times out
after resetting Orbi Router RBR50v2, I can't use the Orbi app it won't accept the default password, it says 'logon timed out'. Rebooting the router, or resetting it again does not help. BUT my phone...

Was wondering if you had a different phone or pad.

What happens if you shake the phone with the Orbi app launched, does it bring up anything?

Try this, uninstall the Orbi app.
Reboot the iphone.
After back to ready, make sure Private WiFI Address is set for disabled. Make sure your connected to the Orbi SSID name.
Re-install Orbi app from the Apple store.
Launch app. Should get a NG account log in...

No, this is only for the Orbi app on the phone. Your not re-setting up the Orbi system.
You might ask a friend, neighbor or family member to help you out on this.
