i have reset my orbi mesh a few times, deleted and re-downloaded then after manual search, was able to update app and no new FW and after trying to login to account or add new device, still getting errors. have done 10 second unplug of both cable and power and re-scanned QR. have been having issues to connect to app. why am i having consistent connecting issues with netgear app? when it was connected can see devices but now wont even see router but phone is connected? very confused!

What Orbi model do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What mobile devices are you using? Tried different devices?
Be sure Local Network option is enabled for the Orbi app:

Be sure that any MAC Address randomizers are disabled on mobile devices while at home:
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser connected at 192.168.1.1?
