Re: iPhone app no longer able to connect to Router
What app version do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Re: iPhone app no longer able to connect to Router
App version: 2.16.0.296
Firmware version: 4.6.5.8
This is a router/modem combo CBR750.
Yes, did this twice already and still unable to detect the router.
Internet is working fine and without issue, same with the satellite. I am able to log in manually via 192.168.1.1.

Re: iPhone app no longer able to connect to Router
I've seen a lot of posts lately with people not able to access it using their app. I'd wait a bit and see if there's an app update

Re: iPhone app no longer able to connect to Router
I will attempt this when I get home, I know private MAC is disabled for the network but probably not iCloud relay.

Re: iPhone app no longer able to connect to Router
You can try this with the orbi app and see if this gets the app to connect. This is for the Nighthawk app however process would be same for Orbi app:
I'm running my CBR750 online and will check this today as well.

I’m not sure what happened but relatively recently, the Orbi and iPhone are no longer able to communicate together. The App never sees that I am connected to the routers WiFi.
