orbi app wifi analytics stopped working

Wifi analytics has stopped working in the orbi app. the App will show the network, check internet speed, etc. Old NETGEAR app still on phone and analytics works in that software app. Have latest update for Orbi app 2.8.6.1417

Orbi firmware is v2.7.2.104.

Any suggestions to get working again?

Thanks for the feedback. Does reinstalling the Orbi app help resolve the issue?
