2.5Gbe Wired Backhaul with SXK80 in my 10Gbe wired home?
Hi Netgear Community!
Just bought the SXK80, and its great so far in its standard wifi6 wireless backhaul configuration. Wonder if 2.5Gbe wired backhaul is an option for this SKU, since each node has 2.5Gbe, and my whole home is wired 10Gbe w/ 10Gbe sitches and wired devices. I think this would really help if possible. Further, wondering if that also allows me to free up the third 'dedicated' band and utilize for devices instead? Would be great to have one dedicated band for wifi6 devices, instead of one for wireless backhaul.
Thanks for any info! 🙂

@Retired_Member,
Welcome to the community! 🙂
Inquired this to the higher tier of NETGEAR Support and followed-up several times. It was confirmed that the 2.5G ports can be used for ethernet backhaul on the SXK80.
