Hi! I have the SXR80 Orbi pro router. Kindly advise - can I connect it not to a satellite, but to another same router, so that they extend the range and work (two paired SXR80 routers) the same as a router & satellite will? In other words - can I pair two routers together instead of pairing router with a satellite?
Thanks!

Simple answer? No. you can't.
More complex, you can connect them together with the 2nd in AP mode but devices won't roam as easily/efficiently.
If you're truly wanting a mesh system, just use a router and the satellites.

Re: AX6000 WiFi Orbi pro SXR80 cpnnecting 2 routers (one onstead of a satellite)
Thanks a lot!
I asked about second router instead of a satellite because satellites are out of stock in my country, but routers are still available, and I already heave one.
May be there is a way to pair Netgear SXR router with another Netgear satellite - not SXK80? Or even not with Orby pro (AX6000), but to an absilutely different mesh satellite? May be even not from Netgear, but from another company? Or this is a bad idea, and buying second router will be better?
Kind regards!

And in terms of performance the second SXR80 will be on top (though without normal roaming), correct?

The thing is that I have only one so far ))
But I cannot purchase a satellite here - only the second router... That's why I was asking all this questions.
Thanks a lot for your assistance.

Israel.
The place here to buy it is: https://www.senetic.co.il/product/SXS80-100EUS
They do not have a satellite any more (
And they don't know if they will have it or not any more...

According to my Swiss retailer, the SXS80-100EUS availability is announced for the time span between Fri 15.Sep. and Sat 14. Oct. No other choice than wait - calling for tikvah.
Will try to challenge the local Netgear rep to confirm.

Got it, thanks a lot!
What do you mean by "calling for tikvah"?

Please allow a word of warning here:
Yes, Amazon does (by fat to often) cause problems by telling innocent customers that they can order on these channels. The devices listed on the US Netgear Store (on Amazon) are SXS80-100NAS models. Exporting US-FCC devices outside of the regulatory are is a bad idea for several reasons. These can't be configured to Europe (including Israel) standards - because of the the FCC regulatory does not allow the customer re-configuration.
For Israel (and greater Europe), only SXS80-100EUS can be deployed (and integrated with other Orbi Pro WiFi 6 systems using the local Web UI or on Insight.

Hope, or the assurance of faith my friend. Like emunah. Don't blame me if I get these old Hebrew words wrong, to long not visited my friends in Israel.

When shipping to the US, that page shows "10 Left in Stock".
It appears Amazon will not ship that particular item to Israel - perhaps for the reasons another poster mentioned.

I really tried the best to find it available anywhere here or for shipping to Israel. But, unfortunately, I haven't succeeded yet..
