Additional SXK80 Satellite Not Recognized by Insight App
Bought AX6000 (SXK80) with two satellites in October 2020 and the install went fine, including the Insight app on IOS. The problem began this week when I installed a third satellite using the app. The app recognizes that there is a third satellite but provides no information about Clients or the state of the satellite, giving instead, the error message "Device failed to connect back". Also, the app says a firmware update is available (3.1.1.102) for the new satellite but the browser says it is already updated.
The system and new satellite are working as I can see all using the browser interface (routerlogin.net). But not being able to use the app is a problem as there are router settings you can't do without the Insight App. I've tried rebooting the router and satellite and will next try uninstalling the new satellite and reinstalling. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Re: Additional SXK80 Satellite Not Recognized by Insight App
NETGEAR has recently released SXR80 / SXS80 Firmware Version 3.2.0.108. I suggest you to update the firmware of your Orbi Pro WiFi 6 devices then check if the same problem will occur. Kindly read its Bug Fixes, New Features & Enhancements as well as you can download it here.
