NAT loopback _not working_ on SXS80 Satellite.

Hello,

Contrary to some information from this forum we cannot get loopback NAT working on SXS80. 

It does work while connected to the main router (SXR80) but it is ridiculous one has to be connected to a speific point of the mesh system to get such basic functionality working.

Has anynody has any hints how to enable this for the sattelite?

We can get it working for few seconds by changing kernel params, but the satellite reboots then after few seconds as a security measure (sic!).

Hope soembody can help, support has ignored the question so far.

 think it's not serious to have such a problem with any hardware at this price point.

For the record, statement from the thread below is only partially true - it does not apply to the satellite!

i have the same problem with NAT loopback on local net i can not use my internet adress.

my fw= 3.3.0.122 the same on satellites 3pc.

Is it possebility to get the beta fix to.

I find more exact my problem: if connect to wifi NAT works on lan not.

My satellite have not so strong signal so i connect with lan and then NAT stop work.

Can i miss som settings or is it fw problem?

Netgear promised fw fix for this year, but we shall see...

SXR80/SXS80 Firmware v4.0.0.118 has been recently released.  This fixes the NAT loopback issue if clients connect to the satellite.  You can download it as well as read about its new features, bug fixes and security fixes on this link.
