New SRR60 with existing SRS satellites won't sync - corrupted firmware?

On my 4th SRR60 router (Orbu Pro system) inside of 2-years. Just received a brand new one (under warranty) and was installing it into my church's system (has 5 SRS-60 satellites). The router would not sync with 4 of the satellites (it would synce with 1 of them). Tried to factory reset the 4 non-syncing satellites and noticed that when pushing the paper clip into the reset hole, the power indicator went red, then flashing red. That would indicate a firmware corruption problem. Satellites have never been a problem for the past 2-years. Hard to believe 4 of them suddenly have corrupted firmware. Is there any solution to fix a corrupted firmware issue, or are these 4 satellites now paperweights? Many thanks!
