Just need some help in understanding why , when AC is enabled, devices stop having internet access? What am I doing wrong.
When Access Control is Turned On, "Allow All New divices to connect" is enabled by default...and all devices are showing the Green Allowed status. I have included a screen grab.
Firmware 2.7.0.122
Access Control - Disabled.

What you might need here is to enable Access Control. Then, any newly connected devices will automatically be allowed to join the network.
However, as per step 8 on page 58 of the SRK60 user manual here, it says:
To manage access for devices that are connected or were connected to the ORBI network, do the following:
To either continue to allow or to block other computers and devices that are
connected or were connected, select the check box next to the device in the table,
and click either the ALLOW button or the BLOCK button.
So if the devices were already connected, once Access Control is enabled, you must select all devices and set to Allow.
