Orbi Pro Wifi 6 SXK30 - Wifi looses WAN connection, wired ethernet continues have access to WAN

Greetings,

We recently changed to Orbi Pro SXK30 setup. At the time there was a special going so we purchased to sets of the SXK30. We took the satellite from the second set and sync'd it into our setup so we have 1 router and 2 satellites. We kept the extra router in reserve as a spare.

The issue we're experiencing is wifi will loose internet connectivity while anything hardwired has internet just fine.

This seems to happen randomly. Prior to today (23rd of August) last time it happened was Friday last week (18th of August).

Initially we thought it might be interference being caused being near the main power feed into the building. We moved The router from the utility area to it's own area completely free of power cables. The frequency seems to have reduced with this issue but not gone away.

We've tried turning off 5G broadcast and only allowing devices to connect to the 2.4G network, same issue.

Unfortunately we didn't realise the router deletes the logs each reboot so we only have logs within the last hour.

Each time to bring wifi back to having internet access we have to either login and manually reboot or power cycle the unit.

Current setup is 1 router with internet connection directly connected to WAN port. 2 satellites meshed, with 1 of those on a ethernet backhaul, the other is wifi backhaul.

We have a mix of several devices hard wired and wifi.

We've also tried switching out routers to see if it was a hardware fault and both exhibit the same issue.
Current firmware on routers and satellites is V4.3.2.102
At this point we have not hard reset anything, but did try 2 different routers.

We did see this pop up in the logs after restart [WLAN access denied] from MAC and it having my phone MAC address but am not sure if this has anything to do with it. My phone is fine now and has internet access

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

There is no ISP modem. It connects directly to the WAN port from our ISP by an outdoor rated and armoured 5E cable.

Our internet service is provided by a company that does point to point long range wifi connections.

The internet isn't the problem, any device on ethernet works fine, it's devices connected by wifi that are the issue.

We have the orbi pro router and 2 satellites, they are deployed in an open warehouse environment for 1 satellite and the router, the second satellite is hard wired by a 5E cable into the office space.

The router and satellite in the warehouse have line of sight and are approximately 12 meters (40 feet) apart.

when the issue happens, are you able to access Router GUI to download debug files and PM me?

Thanks Bruce, yes I can do that.

That said it's now making a liar out of me and hasn't done it again since I posted this, when it was happening once or twice a day.

Hopefully it's resolved itself, however if it hasn't I'll pop the debug files over to you.
