Orbi Pro Wifi 6 SXR80 IPv6 Default SSID only?

Firmware V3.2.5.102

Device only gets IPv6 address when connected to the default (admin) SSID, but not when connected to the other 3 SSID (employee, IoT, guest).  Does IPv6 only work on the default (admin) SSID?

Re: Orbi Pro Wifi 6 SXR80 IPv6 Default SSID only?

Each of these networks does require at least a dedicated /64 IPv6 prefix. Many ISPs only assign a single /64, don't offer PD (prefix delegation e.g to "subnet" a /60), don't allow using PD or additional prefixes outside of the ISP provided CPE, and so on.

Supplying IPv6 to all the networks would require much more effort, could cause support effort (where only smaller /64 prefixes, or other prefixes are not available to the end user), ... Just out of the blue (in my opinion not automatically), the system can't handle this.

Needless to say, where ISPs are providing /60 or even /48 prefixes with PD available, assigning the prefixes accordingly to each [V]LAN (SSID is just the wireless access to the VLAN) is technically feasible, but more effort to make it user and consumer friendly. Food for thought @BruceGuo 8-)

Please nobody tell us we need to go over the feature suggestion thread ... we talk about standards here, not dreams.
