Orbi Webinterface nicht alle Funktionen erreichbar
Hallo, ich kann beim Orbi Webinterface nicht alle Funktionen anwählen. Sie erscheinen zwar, sind aber nicht anwählbar. Bsp. Internet im Basic, und im Advanced Setup Assistent, Seiten und Dienste sperren etc.
Komischerweise habe ich auch über die App keinen Zugriff auf den Orbi Router, obwohl per WLAN mit dem Orbi Netzwerk verbunden.
Vielen dank im Voraus.

Sorry...
In the Orbi Webinterface i can't choose all of the options, for example in Basic settings "Internet", in Advanced "Internet Setup", Port forwarding, parental control...
Also i can't acces via the App to the router. The App says no Orbi Network deteced, but i am connected to the orbi network.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is Armor or Circle enabled on the RBR?
What browser are you using?

Hello, thank you for your answer.
Firmware is V2.6.0.108
ISP is Nordnet France, Modem is Nordbox (Sagemcom) for Fiber
I don't know if Armor or Circle is enabled, i can't see it on the webinterface.
With the App no connection possible

Orbi SRS 60 with 6 Satellites.
I have checked now Firefox, Windows and Chrome, but all the same

Reads to me like these are features intentionally not available in AP (access point) mode.

Reads familiar, several reports on the recent Orbi Pro update.
The Orbi App for the Orbi Pro is kind of on it's way out (but recently still supported) - it's suggested to use the Insight App.
