Orbi doesn't boot anymore

Hello,
my Orbi router just went off yesterday and won't start up anymore.
This probably happened during the night when everything was still working in the evening.
The light on the back lights up permanently green when plugged in.
A reset was attempted with a pointed object on the back.
The router does not respond even after 1 minute of actuation.
A firmware update via
Tftpd64 doesn't work either.
This was done according to the instructions on the Netgear support page.
The operation LEDs on the top of the device are permanently off.
The device cannot be reached in the network.

I reported my problem to support and have to call them with my case number.
The problem with this is that I am only offered a conversation in English.
Unfortunately, since I don't speak English and have to rely on Google Translate, it's a bit difficult for me.
Is it possible to regulate the whole thing by email here?
The devices are registered and still within the warranty period.
Commissioning was only this year in March.

Yes, you can send an email with your case number. Just login to your my.netgear.com account and you can update your ticket from there.
