Please fix things that are important, like the Wireless2 Open Wifi issue.
Not things that have a low priority... thank you!
NETGEAR Insight Fixes:
- Fixed FW upgrade-related issues when initiated from Insight App/Cloud Portal.
- The Orbi Pro is discoverable from the Insight app only when the mobile device is connected to the router SSID.
Workaround: If the Insight app fails to discover the Orbi Pro router on the network, try one of following:
- Move closer to router, and then disconnect and reconnect the router from the Insight app.
- Use the QR code or manually enter the serial number of the Orbi Pro router to the Insight app.
- When editing particular SSID configurations, the wireless clients and Orbi Pro satellite associated to any of the SSIDs is disconnected momentarily and connects back to Orbi Pro.
- If the Orbi Pro is in AP mode, traffic details are not properly updated.
We will be releasing a new firmware that will fix this issue as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your feedback!
