SRR60 & SRS60 Crashing

Hi I have an Orbi Pro SRR60 router with a single SRS60 satelite (using wireless backhaul) on the latest firmware V2.6.0.108. The system has been crashing and rebooting approximately once a day. This has been happening on the current as well as previous versions of firmware, below is a snippet from my syslog server that captured the kernel oops that occured at the same time as the reboot. Please help.

Re: SRR60 & SRS60 Crashing

Hi @MrDraw

Few clarifications required.

Is this prints from SRR60 or from SRSS60? or both?

How is your satellite connected via wired or wirelessly to router?

Could you please share the debug logs from the unit where you are seeing the issue?

Log into https://<IP address of SRR60/SRS60>/debug.htm

Click on start capture and wait for the issues to happen before saving the debug logs.

Please upload the logs into one drive or google drive. Share me the link via PM.

Thanks,

Raghu

That log is from the SRR60, as far as I know there is no way to configure a syslog server for the satelite logs?
Satellite is wirelessly connected to the router.

I will enable the debug capture on the router and satelite and provide when another crash happens. However these logs that were sent to the syslog server should be sufficient for your engineers to analyze?
