Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
The SXK80 SSID is active on all radios, means the 2.4 GHz channel 11, the Channel 48(-36) at total 80 MHz bandwidth, and the channel 157 (80 MHz bandwidth, 157 plus 161, 158, 153), each of the 5 GHz combined 80 MHZ channel sets does allow up to 2.401 Gb/s PHY link speed on each.
Keep in mind operating any WiFi system to FCC regulatory area (Region North America) must be considered illegal in other regulatory areas.

Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
Hello @shejialun,
The 5GHz-2 is used for wireless backhaul and is not configurable thus the channel option is not displayed.

Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
I'm just trying to understand the 5G-2 show and hide rule, which, based on testing, seems to have something to do with whether or not the satellites are connected

Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
Initially, the wireless backhaul was always reserved on all Orbi. On the Orbi Pro Wi-Fi 6, the community suggested to keep it dynamic, resp. allow the backhaul radio available in pure wired backhaul environments.

Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
Hello @shejialun,
As what @schumaku said 5Ghz-2 for wireless backhaul will be released for fronthaul use when there is no need for wireless backhaul. But on both situation, whether satellites are on wired or wireless backhaul, the channel for 5Ghz-2 is not manually configurable.

Re: SXK80 - 5G-2 Channel Display Issues
My purpose is just to understand the rules of 5G-2 showing and hiding, the actual test result so far is that without client connection, after disconnecting the satellite for 5 minutes it will show the 5G-2 channel, and after connecting the satellite for 5 minutes it will hide the 5G-2 display, but in case of connecting the client, after connecting or disconnecting the satellite, the 5G-2 showing and hiding will take a long time, it may take 1-2 hours or more, thank you.
