Re: SXR30
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

There is no issue. I'm just trying to find documentation on what the message means: "Internet connected".

...enough at least to see there is an issue - this is why the router does repeat the message. Something that happens only once after establishing the Internet connection.
Tell us more on what does make up your Internet connection, where the SXR30 WAN/Internet port is connected to. Typical lease time would be 24 hours or 60 minutes. In your case one would guess the lease time is shorter, and the DHCP client on the router has to re-start the connection, instead of a simple DHCP refresh normally taking place at 50% of the least time.

Re: SXR30
There are no breaks in pings to different DNS servers with the event is logged.
I was hoping eventually someone inside Netgear would read this and help with documentation.

Re: SXR30
Just means that the Orbi FW system found a connection to the ISP modem or ONT and established the connection successfully is all.

Did you find this in documentation? If so, would you mind providing a link?

Re: SXR30
Based on two decades on Netgear routers, this message is generated when the DHCP lease is obtained from the ISP.
Connect a computer e.g. Windows direct to the Internet connection and check ipconfig /all when the lease was obtained, and when it expires, here the DHCP lease my Windows system dos get from my DHCP server on the LAN:
Lease erhalten. . . . . . . . . . : Samstag, 28. Oktober 2023 14:53:16
Lease läuft ab. . . . . . . . . . : Donnerstag, 2. November 2023 16:48:10
Have manually renewed my computer DHCP, about 10 minutes ago, it's now 16.58 local.
Let's see on how your ISP DHCP is configured now, if the lease really expires after 30 minutes in your case - without being refreshed.
https://lazyadmin.nl/home-network/dhcp-lease-time/ does explain well the different DHCP timers and DHCP states in-depth.

Re: SXR30
I suspect you're correct. I set my router to my static and the event is no longer logged. This is a business, so I won't be able to test.
Is an official Netgear document related to this event?

Re: SXR30
Your ISP does allow you to configure a static IP address to your router and the related connection? Possible - however not very common. Typically, there is a fixed DHCP address assigned to the connection and the router.

Re: SXR30
This is a internal logging event and mostly a notification or diagnostic entry to let the logging system and give some visual entry to readers of the log only. Though I would agree that there could be more documentation of logging and what entries may mean, NG doesn't seem to have any information on there logging entries and meanings and the logging is mostly used by NG support and engineering and some advanced users here in the forums for some limited troubleshooting help. Logging has been mostly too simple and not very detailed or not fully trustworthy as in seeing bugs with in the logging system, working with NG routers over the years. I personally don't hold router logs as a high priority or first go to kind of thing in troubleshooting though I do include them when I can in troubleshooting or sometimes in an initial setup if something wrong happens. Otherwise, I look at the WEB UIs and statuses, known expected LED behaviors and normal operational behaviors when working and setting up new systems.
