Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi Pro products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi Pro and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Might also include a few more details of your setup like

Modem/gateway:

Are you using insight to manage it?

the orbi app?

Are you logging in through the browser?

Re: Sxr30 netgear genie thinks my mobile device is not on the router network

I am running the Netgear genie app on my ipad.  I used it previously on the C7000V2 router, which now is used only as a modem.  No browser involved.

I installed and tried Orbi Wifi system app on my ipad.  It too says It does not see the Orbi router.  Suggested I am not on network with Orbi.  I only have one network.

Is its actual router features disabled? you went in and set it to modem only mode?

I do see that this Ipad is connected to the Orbi satellite, not the router.  Is that the issue?
