Sxr30 netgear genie thinks my mobile device is not on the router network
After installing sxr30, genie thinks my ipad is not on the network with the router. Genie version 3.1.78

I believe Orbi Pro supports the Insight app and not Genie. Genie isn't supported on Orbi systems anymore.

Based on the Genie version 3.1.78, you talk of the Netgear Genie App for Android.
Genie App is by far no longer supported, and was never intended to be used with the Orbi or Orbi Pro systems.
