Where?  I don't see any subforum or forum with this name.  Could you please let us know what you're referring to - ideally a URL.

Re: new sub-forum for early access to firmware

What a dumb idea....The latest Firmware for Orbi Pro is buggy again.......

Is Netgear paying user for Beta testing?

Seems like a lot of time is spent from users trying to figure out why there system crashed after FW 2.6.2.200

Re: new sub-forum for early access to firmware

It is not paid. This is early firmware release for who want to get early firmware to test and report issues before we officially release it. In fact, many companies has the similar ideas and process. If you have concerns, you can wait for the fully qualified official firmware release.

For 2.6.2.200 issues, It doesn't appear in our internal testing. We are investigating the root cause. Once it fixes, we will enhance test cases.

Thanks

Bruce
