pairing SXK80 system with sxs30 satellite
can a sxk80 system pair with a sxs30 satellite? and if so, will the mesh bandwidth be throttled to the sxs30 max bandwidth?

Re: pairing SXK80 system with sxs30 satellite
If you're on new enough firmware it should. As of the .118 firmware, the release notes show they pair.

The SXS30 will have lower throughput because its a dual band and not a triband. The tribands have the dedicated backhaul that prevents throughput drop. The dual bands have to use the same band for router---satellite communication and satellite---device communication and can't do both at the same time.
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
