ORbi Voice not syncing

Well, I got the orbi RBS40V and for the life of me I can get it to sync. I have reset the firmware on all three (RBR50 & RBS50) and the new one RBS40V and no dice. They are right next to each other. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. To clarify, I previously had the RBR50 and its satelite and I wanted to use the voice as an additional satelite. Thanks for the help.
