RBS40V and 2.4Ghz

I have a RBR50, RBS50 on Router Firmware Version V2.7.2.104.

I also have RBS40V on  Firmware Version: V2.6.2.4_1.0.1.

When devices connect to 2.4Ghz on RBS40V, devices stop working. When I switch off RBS40V, and when those devices connect to router or to the other satellite, those 2.4Ghz devices start working again.

do you have the voice running in extender mode or orbi mode? 

also, have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall of the voice?

In orbi mode. Tried several resets..same result

If you log into the rbs40V using its ip address, what does it show for its status page?

It shows connected.

Do you happen to have your guest network running? 

If you disable it, what happens?

I have not tried that. I wanted all cameras and IoT devices on my guest network rather than on my main network.  Thanks
