Bot Attacks
Looking for suggestions to stop bot attacks.
Here's my network situation.
- I have a 2gps line connected to my Orbi RBRE960 which has 4 satellites across my home
- I also have a Synology NAS connected (wired) to my router
- My NAS runs a Webserver and hosts a personal website
- I had to open up port forwarding on my Orbi to ports 80/443 in order to access my website from outside.
Every day I get multiple attack alerts and while I have Netgear Armor subscription which stops these attacks, but I was wondering if there are any better solutions (with instructions please) to stop any attack.
TIA.

Re: Bot Attacks
Port 80 and 443 are the main use ports for internet access to and from the internet. I would not recommend keeping these ports open thru PF configurations.
