CBR750 - issues after firmware update - Is Netgear forcing people to by support
My CBR750 was working perfectly until the recent 4.3 update. Then it was downhill from there. Intermittent dropping of Wifi and existing wired pieces not able connect or retain connection permanently. Called support and they are advising to sign up for support to get any help. Is it possible Netgear is practicing bad business by corrupting the firmware and forcing people to by support help. Shouldn't Netgear proviide patches to fix the problem, than forcing people to buy support plans?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch.
I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.

Yes, everything mentioned was done and still connectivity issues on wired devices and intermittent dropping of wifi.
