I presume you have contacted the ISP to have them associate the CBR with there services right?
That has to be done first.
Is the the main issue your having?
Still need to take to the ISP about the power levels.
Should be able to use a wired PC and web browser to set up the CBR unit at 192.168.1.1.

yes
i have activated the modem with Xfnity.
Xfinity technician visited, they replaced entire cable and said everything is good at their side.
Ultimately problem seems to be with ORBI. When i connect with my mobile it is shwoing no internet conenection while with cable connection internet is working. It also seems that it is not full factory reset as it is still somehow not working when i try to reuse previous wifi name. if i setup new wifi network it seems to work better (after cable setup)

What is the previous SSID name you were using?
And setting up a different SSID name is now working with your wireless device?
What brand and model is this wireless device?

i was using -"AB-wifi".
when i try to setup ORBI after factory reset samsung/iphone shows no internet and cannot setup.
If i setup ORBI via cable/laptop and set old wifi name nothing can connect: Samsung S22, Roku TV, iphone, google/nest devices. When i setup new network it seems to be working okeyish (however my internet connection is still not very stable, that's why i did hard reset to start with)

Does ABwifi work? With out the dash in the mix?
Do you have any mac address randomizers disabled on the phones and pads?
Make contact with the ISP.
