CBR752 Modem/Router + RBS752 Satellite Epson Printer Won’t Connect
- I have a NetGear Orbi CBR750 modem/router with one mesh satellite. My printer will not connect when the satellite is enabled on my network. I see 2 of the same SSID for my network on the printer Wi-Fi setup wizard. I suspect 1 is the modem/router and the other is the satellite. Is my printer getting confused by the multiple SSID’s?
- Connection failed. *Multiple network names (SSID) that match your entered name have been detected.
- Both my router and printer are running the latest Firmware versions.
- Printer was connecting before I updated my router firmware.
- 20211007: Updated CBR752 router & RBS752 satellite firmware from 3.2.18.2 to 4.6.3.6
- The printer connects when I turn of the Wi-Fi Satellite/Extender device.
- How can I fix this?

Re: CBR752 Modem/Router + RBS752 Satellite Epson Printer Won’t Connect
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi With Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi with cable modem and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please contact the Mfr of your printer for additional help and support regarding there product.
Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.
