CM1200, Orbi AX6000 - Internet Issues: Intermittent Slow, or Disconnection - Spectrum

Hi All!

I appreciate everyone taking a quick read of this, and seeing where I can begin.  I subscribe to a gigabit internet package, however, I'm typically receiving 300-500mbs, at the router, however, once in a great while, I'll get 900+gbs.  Always seems to work great when the technicians arrive, and they always say: You won't actually get 900, you should be happy with 600, or it's your custom setup and I should use stock.  I don't know if I have a line problem, a hub problem, or a hardware problem. I'm hoping to learn what to look for when internet speeds are terrible so I have evidence to show the technician.

What happens: I'll usually notice slow internet, then do the speed test within the Orbi, confirm slow speeds, then I've made it a habit of checking directly against the modem *Hardwired, just to eliminate a variable. It's usually faster, but I think it's because the Okta Speed test (BuiltIn) uses a different server than the one I select manually on my computer.

Hardware:

Netgear CM1200

Netgear Orbi AX6000 (3-pack)

Cable Matters CAT8 1ft between router and modem (Same Results with CAT6A, CAT6, or CAT5E)

Spectrum 1GB internet package.

Can anyone help me read the modem diagnostics to know if there is something that stands out?

Sorry, the logs are only a few hours long, I had to do a hard reset of the everything with the tech here.

Thank you for all of your help!

Please visit and post about this over in the Cable modrm forum:

Make sure your Speeds are good at the CM modem with a wired PC using Ooklas installable speed test app. Not there web page. On a wired connection with a good CPU PC, you should see near or just over 900Mpbs.

Ensure LAG is disabled on the CM modem.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
