Re: Can’t connect to a website
Does this Orbi system have Armor or Parental Controls enabled?
What DNS servers are being used by the router?

Re: Can’t connect to a website
This error message implies that the Orbi router received invalid information when attempting to resolve the IP address:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/502
My first thought is to set the Orbi router to use different DNS servers.
A lot of people use:
CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
This is set on the Orbi web interface, Internet menu, in the middle of the page.

Re: Can’t connect to a website
p.s. Thanks to this post I now know that those URL's that end in unusual domains are actually Country designations.
*.io stands for Indian Ocean.
*.tv stands for Tuvalu.
(You might guess what I had naively thought they stood for.)
