Cannot connect to ORBI Router RBR850 and 6 Connected Satellites

I have an ORBI Router RBR850 and 6 Connected Satellites in the house (Ethernet connected).

Is there a limit on the number of Connected Devices (Sonos, MacBooks, etc.) ? We are often kicked out of the wifi or cannot connect with our i-Phones and it is impossible to join any of the 6 satellites or the router.

Yes I restarted the Orbi router (and did a reboot) and wifi and our i-Phones as well, several times, to no avail.

I believe they are all linked via daisy chain (how to check? I think someone told me that I could not use the Orbi app (http://orbilogin.net/start.htm) and needed to set it up differently, but I don't remember).

Should I go for a factory reset of the router and all of the satellites?

Thanks so much,

Francis

Re: Cannot connect to ORBI Router RBR850 and 6 Connected Satellites

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
