Computer not showing up in devices

Hey guys, I have an RBR750 system with two attached satellites. They've been working fine for a while, and even through to now honestly, but I've been having an issue where my computer isn't showing up in the list of attached devices. It's currently connected via wire to a satellite which itself shows up fine, connecting to the router.

This is especially strange since I can connect to the internet and access the Orbi/router page just fine on the computer, it just doesn't show up as a connected device. I've tried a factory reset to no avail.

As far as I can tell, every other device including other computers, phones, TVs, smart devices etc all show up.

I've also tried putting my computer in both auto DHCP as well as manual IP and none are working. I'm just wondering how this might affect my ability to port forward to my PC. I know I can set ports to the PC IP regardless, but I'm worried my router just won't identify my computer as being connected for some reason.
