I would open up a support ticket with NG support and get help on this.
Seems like something if faulty with your system.
There is more recent FW avialble however I doubt it will help fix your issue. The problem seem to persist even downgrading.
I tried with the new firmware 3.2.15.25 but still problems so I unplugged the system for 1 day. I plugged it back in yesterday and miracle it's been working for 12 hours, isn't that due to some information that remains in memory?

performance or functionality."Can you connect the RBR directly to the main host router and see if you still seen problems with out the switch connected? I have my 853 system in AP mode connected directly to my main host router with out a switch. Not seeing any disconnections thus far.
