Disneyplus.com blocked

Recently, I have not been able to access Disneyplus.com on any device connected to my Orbi network, either WiFI or hard-wired. However, I can use my phone's Wireless connection to access Disneyplus.com, and I can access it through my Backup Internet, T-Mobile Home Internet. I've looked at the logs on my Orbi and don't see any blocking there, and I don't have anything blocked. I do run Netgear Armor. I have disabled it and tried but got the same results: Disneyplus.com is blocked. Occasionally, when I try to access the website, I will get an error 73, which states that I may be in an area where Disneyplus.com is not accessible, but I have checked, and I have access. No VPNs are running either. So, I am still trying to troubleshoot the issue. Ideas would be helpful. It is only Disneyplus.com that is not accessible. All other streaming works. Thank you for your assistance

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
After disabling Armor, did you power off the RBR for 1 minute then back on then try that site?
Has this site worked thru the Orbi system at all or is this the first time you have encountered this?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
Thank you for your response.
I did not power down the router after disabling Armor. I will try it again and see if it makes a difference.
DisneyPlus.com has always worked, and this is a recent development. I plan to contact Comcast/Xfinity to see if they can offer a solution. I believe that something they did recently caused the issue. As I stated in my last message, only DisneyPlus.com is being affected.
Current Firmware is on the Orbi is: V7.2.6.31_5.0.24
The modem is a NG CM2000 with Firmware version V8.01.02 and Hardware version of 1.01
It is all connected to Xfinity 1.2Gb internet.
I'm sure I have a short CAT6 cable connected between the two.
Let me know if there is anything else you need or you can advise to assist with resolution.
Thank you again

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
Was it working after v.31 FW was applied to the Orbi system?

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
Yes it did work after it was applied. That firmware was applied to the router back in May of this year. This issue had cropped up with in the past month.
Thank you

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
OK. Let us know if a power cycle helps.
Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
Something to try, if IPv6 is enabled, set a custom IPv6 DNS to something like Cloudfare or Quad9
Or even try setting one of those to a custom IPv4 DNS address on the RBRs web page.

Re: Disneyplus.com blocked
Hello,
I checked the IP v6, and it was set to 6to4. I changed it to Autodetect and then put it in DHCP. I tested DisneyPlus.com, and I was able to get connected. I did change the IP v4 DNS setting to CloudFlare in my early troubleshooting, but that didn't resolve anything. I think we are good for now. Thank you for your assistance.
