Error for RBR850 needs update

I am getting a message “Firmware Check Error” when trying to update (I got an email saying that there’s an update).

What firmware version are you on?

You can manually update. If you go that route, make sure to update the satellites first. Then the router.

Current setup: CM2000-> RBE973S-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/100mbps upload from Xfinity
