Ethernet ports suddenly stopped working on RBR750
Bought 6 months ago to the day, been working fine without issue. Suddenly today, I can't connect any of my PC's that are hardwired to the RBR750 router. Wifi works fine on all devices. I tried bypassing the switch, using different cables, all ports on back of router and multiple PC's, all with same issue. I manually updated to the latest firmware (V4.6.8.5_2.1.9) but didn't help the issue.
To make matters worse, I tried submitting a hardware request from my registered products page since it's under warranty, but the website just gives a 500 internal server error after submitting my request.
Anybody got any insight on how to resolve this issue?

Re: Ethernet ports suddenly stopped working on RBR750
What CAT# lan cables are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Disconnect ALL devices from the RBR. Turn OFF any RBS.
Power OFF The RBR for 1 minute by pulling the power cord. Disconnect the RBR from the ISP modem/ONT.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Connect 1 wired PC to the back of the RBR.
Power ON the RBR wait for it to come to ready.
Check the PCs networking status. Does the PC get an IP address from the RBR. Check each LAN port on the RBR.
IF not, press the reset button for 20 seconds then release. After the front LED slowly blinks WHITE, check the PCs networking status. Does it get an IP address here?

Re: Ethernet ports suddenly stopped working on RBR750
Thanks for reply, answers to questions below - (issue not fixed):
1. Yes, using all CAT6 cables.
2. Cable modem: Netgear CM600
3. Followed all your instructions exactly, and at no point in the steps was I able to get an IP address over ethernet port. Disconnected all RBS, other cables, modem, etc. Did 1 min reset. Tried all 3 ethernet ports. At last step, did the factory reset and re-setup the RBR. Wifi back up and running, but still no ethernet access, back to where I started.
