I have SimpliSafe home security base, cameras need dedicated 2.4ghz WiFi stream. So I have to replace my orbi with something else supporting 2.4ghz for home security system?
I have Simplisafe alarm, and the base unit has zero problems with the Orbi. I will look at the camera setup to double check, but every WiFi camera I have ever seen is set up by pointing the camera at a QR code, which tells the camera "look for this WiFi SSID and enter this password."
Have you followed the directions to set up the camera? which step failed?
