How to fix a bricked orbi

An update ended up bricking one of my satelites and none of the recommended solutions worked. The satelite was stuck rebooting with a flashing white light. Reset, 30/30/30 and the tftp solutions from netgear did not work. I called up Netgear customer service and they are processing an RMA but then I found a solution that actually worked from a 3rd party. If anyone ends up with a brick from the forced updates you can check out this utility. It actually works.

RBK853 but the utility should work with any Netgear router. It was very easy to use.I am so happy I don't have to do an RMA.

Re: How to fix a bricked orbi
Ya some of us already know of this tool. Comes in handy for sure.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
