How to raise a support case
Does anyone know if I need to phone Netgear to confirm raising a support case? The web page I've got to after entering details of my support entitlement and support issue leaves me baffled:
My case has ben created, an email confirmation has been sent to a blank field and my case won't be valid and will be closed if I don't call an unspecified phone number. Other than wait for 48 hours to see, is there a way to find out if there's someone I must phone? The whole thing looks broken.
Its not related but I'm unable to access this support forum in English. I've set my language as English (US) that's what's confirmed on screen but everything is in German. Is Netgear's website always this flaky?
